What does URU actually do?

We're a Pretoria-based creative and growth agency. We build your brand, website and campaigns, and connect them to a CRM so every enquiry is captured, followed up and tracked.

Why set up a CRM before running ads?

Ads without a system are just spend. We build the landing page, the CRM capture, the automatic reply and the follow-up before the first ad goes live, so every rand has somewhere to send people.

Why is there a setup fee and a monthly fee?

They pay for different things. The setup is what we build once: your brand, website, CRM and any launch posts. The monthly fee keeps your CRM and follow-up running: we check it, make small changes and report your numbers. Monthly social content is extra and optional.

Do the monthly CRM plans include social media posts?

No. Launch posts come with the Growth setup (8 posts) and the Scale setup (12 posts), once-off. If you want us to keep posting every month, add a content plan from R3,999/month.

Will I pay twice for CRM work my setup already covers?

No. Anything we built in your setup is not charged again. If you want something new that your plan does not include, we quote it in writing before we start.

I've wasted money on marketing before. Why is this different?

Because you keep what you pay for. Every lead is saved in a CRM you can see, so even if someone doesn't buy today you can follow up, ask for a review or market to them again later.

How long does it take?

Most CRM systems are live within 14 days of kick-off. Brand and website projects take two to six weeks.

What do I need ready?

Your logo, brand colours and access to your Meta Business Manager or Google account if you have them. If you don't, we build from scratch.
